Here are some strategies you can try:

1. Identify the source: Determine the root causes of your stress. It may be work-related, personal relationships, financial issues, or other factors. Understanding the source of stress will help you address it more effectively.

2. Practice relaxation techniques: Engage in activities that promote relaxation and stress reduction. Deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, and progressive muscle relaxation are proven techniques to calm the mind and body.

3. Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Take care of your physical well-being by getting regular exercise, eating nutritious meals, and getting enough sleep. Physical activity releases endorphins reducing stress.

4. Time management: Plan your day effectively, prioritize tasks, and set realistic goals. Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable ones. This approach helps prevent feeling overwhelmed and reduces stress.

5. Establish boundaries: Learn to say no when you feel overwhelmed with commitments or responsibilities. Setting boundaries and managing your time effectively can help lessen stress levels.

6. Social support: Seek support from friends, family, or a support group. Sharing your feelings and concerns with trusted individuals can provide emotional support and different perspectives on managing stress.

7. Engage in hobbies and activities: Set aside time for activities you enjoy, such as reading, painting, listening to music, or engaging in sports. These activities can help distract your mind from stressful situations.

8. Practice self-care: Take care of yourself by engaging in activities that promote self-care. This could include taking a bath, practicing mindfulness, treating yourself to something you enjoy, or spending time in nature.

9. Seek professional help: If stress becomes overwhelming or persists for an extended period, consider seeking help from a mental health professional. They can provide guidance, support, and additional strategies for managing stress effectively.

Remember, everyone responds differently to stress management techniques, so it's important to find what works best for you. Try out different approaches and be patient with yourself as you learn to manage stress more effectively. Best of Luck for a stress free life.
